Makeups
If you give us at least 24 hours' notice of an absence, you are eligible to make up the class. We will send out emails every week with available slots in classes for makeups. You are responsible for finding a time to do your makeups. If you cannot find a time before the end of the session, no credits or refunds will be issued. Try to find a makeup in your class level. If there are none available, you may do a makeup in a different level with the instructor's permission.
-
Lateness
Students in Tots Circus, Kindercircus, Youth Circus and Kids & Teens Aerial classes who arrive more than 10 minutes late to class will not be allowed to join in the class. They are permitted to take a makeup class in this circumstance. In all other aerial classes, students arriving late are expected to do a 10-minute warmup on their own.
-
Extra Classes
Active students are welcome to use available slots as extra classes at any time for a prorated fee.

During Practice Time
- Practice times are designed for you to review material already learned in class. Students should not teach each other tricks during practice.
- There are no equipment assignments during practice time. If, during the practice, other students are using your chosen apparatus, this is something you must negotiate directly with them.
- Please be responsible for your own health and safety. Do a thorough warmup. If something hurts, stop.
- Please be courteous! Share equipment with other students. At the end of the practice, please help to dust off the mats, line them up along the walls and put away charts, spray rosin, etc.
